Customer Service Advisor (Part Time - Evenings)
Salary: £27,810 FTE (£13,905 pro rata)
Hours: 20 hours per week
Location: Warrington - Fully Office Based
Working Pattern: 20 hours per week on an 8-week rolling rota (5 days from 7), with evening shifts from 8:00pm - 12:00am, including two weekends off every 8-week rota.
The role
As a Part-Time Evening Customer Service Advisor, you'll handle a variety of customer enquiries by delivering a professional, friendly and efficient service. You'll take ownership of each query from start to finish, ensuring customers receive accurate information and a positive outcome.
You'll work closely with colleagues across the business, maintain accurate customer records and continually develop your knowledge to provide the highest level of support.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries professionally across multiple communication channels
- Take ownership of customer queries through to resolution
- Deliver a positive, efficient and empathetic customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems
- Work closely with other departments to resolve more complex enquiries
- Ensure all work is completed in line with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Keep up to date with products, services and business processes
- Adapt to new systems, processes and business initiatives
- Contribute ideas to improve the customer experience and team performance

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates well and thrives in a busy environment.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- A positive, patient and professional approach
- Strong attention to detail
- Good IT skills and confidence using different systems
- The ability to multitask and prioritise your workload
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- A team-focused mindset with a collaborative approach
