Customer Service Advisor (Fraud) – Join an Award Winning Outsourcer and Grow Your Career!

We’re looking for empathetic, proactive Customer Service Advisors to support customers via inbound calls as their first point of contact. You will play a vital role in investigating suspected fraud and scam cases, working on behalf of our established Banking client to deliver fair, timely, and high-quality resolutions.

Start Date: 31st August 2026
Salary: From £26,227 per annum
Hourly Rate: £13.45 + 25p per hour site incentive for your first 12 weeks
Performance Bonus: Up to £1.10 per hour
Location: Full time site based in our Glasgow City Centre Office during initial training/Gradbay/ route to competency (minimum 12 weeks). Once you are signed off (Week 12) you can work from home!

What you’ll do:

  • Investigate: Identify, raise, and resolve potential fraud or scam-related cases.
  • Support Customers: Be a professional and reassuring voice for customers during stressful situations.
  • Take Ownership: Where errors occur, acknowledge them and work towards the right outcome.
  • Communicate Clearly: Keep customers and stakeholders informed throughout the journey.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Adapt & Improve: Learn from cases to help enhance processes and outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous Customer Service experience (contact centre or financial services background desirable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to work well independently and within a team
  • Motivated, resilient, and goal-driven
  • Comfortable using computer systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Working Hours

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday–Sunday, shift rotation between 8am and 8pm
  • Full attendance during your initial training period is required to ensure you receive all the support and knowledge needed to set you up for success in the role.
