Are you a confident communicator who can stay calm under pressure, ask the right questions, and genuinely enjoy helping people? Do you take pride in delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently managing calls and keeping conversations on track?

If so, Bureau could be the perfect place for you.

Please note, this role starts on 07/09/2026, and is a 3 month fixed term temporary contract.

About The Role

At Bureau, teamwork is at the heart of everything we do. As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll handle calls and emails on behalf of 16 different clients, each with their own products, services, and unique brand voice.

This is a varied and rewarding role that will challenge you to adapt quickly, think on your feet, and provide outstanding customer support across a diverse range of industries. Every interaction is different, making each day both engaging and rewarding.

What You'll Be Doing:

No two calls are the same.

  • One moment, you could be helping someone report an emergency gas leak.
  • The next, you might be assisting a customer who is trapped in a lift and needs immediate support.
  • Later in the day, you could be answering enquiries about bespoke jewellery, booking health and safety training courses, or providing information on air conditioning services.

Alongside inbound customer service, you'll also support occasional outbound campaigns and help manage overflow calls for some of our dedicated client accounts.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
