Customer Service Advisor – Remote UK

We’re looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to support customers across a remote UK-based environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries across phone, email, chat or other support channels.
- Provide clear, accurate and professional information to customers.
- Resolve customer queries and problems efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant systems.
- Escalate complex issues when appropriate.
- Follow internal processes and service standards.
- Support customers throughout their enquiries and help ensure a positive experience.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve issues and improve service quality.

Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good customer service and problem-solving ability.
- Professional and confident when dealing with customers.

- Comfortable using digital systems, email and standard office tools.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities.
- Reliable, organised and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
