Customer Service Advisor – Remote UK

Overview

We’re looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to support customers across a remote UK-based environment.

This is a strong opportunity for an entry-level candidate who communicates clearly, enjoys helping people and can manage customer queries professionally while maintaining a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries across phone, email, chat or other support channels.
  • Provide clear, accurate and professional information to customers.
  • Resolve customer queries and problems efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant systems.
  • Escalate complex issues when appropriate.
  • Follow internal processes and service standards.
  • Support customers throughout their enquiries and help ensure a positive experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve issues and improve service quality.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good customer service and problem-solving ability.
  • Professional and confident when dealing with customers.
