Customer Service Advisor - Technical Support

What you would do
As our Customer Service Advisor Technical Support, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional technical assistance and customer service, acting as a reliable point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will use your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to resolve enquiries, assist continuous improvement, and ensure a positive customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical knowledge with customer interaction in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and customer support, offering expert advice on products and resolving technical enquiries.
- Manage and handle technical queries while assisting the Customer Services Manager with day-to-day activities.
- Investigate and resolve issues, working closely with internal communications and order entry teams.
- Handle inbound customer calls, delivering excellent service and support to address customer needs effectively. Occasionally accompany the Quality team on site visits when required.
- Continuously develop product knowledge to confidently troubleshoot issues and provide accurate technical assistance.

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in a technical support, customer service, or advisory role.
- Can work effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Is a proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and recognizes the importance of teamwork.
- Possesses excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
