Job Description

Sales Advisor – Evenings 5 – 10pm any 5 in 7

£11,247.60

Remote

Are you confident, customer-focused, and great at connecting with people? If you have experience in sales, telesales, or webchat, we want to hear from you!

This is about more than sales. At its heart, this role is about people. Understanding what our customers need before they need it, you’ll get to make a real difference to schools, care homes, hospitality venues and more across the UK. As the UK’s largest foodservice supplier, people rely on us to eat well and keep their businesses running smoothly. As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be able to take real pride in that, as you confidently build relationships with customers to make sure we’re catering to their every need.

What you will be doing:

  • Handling high volume inbound calls and webchats to our customers
  • Influencing and negotiation with customers
  • Placing orders for customers and upselling
  • Dealing with complaints and other queries
  • Ensuring customers a first class service

About you:

  • Previous customer service or sales related experience
  • Good IT skills and proficient in excel
  • A great listener who understands customers
  • The ability to engage people quickly
  • A positive attitude and a drive to succeed
  • Ambition to learn, grow, and progress
