Customer Service Advisor – Remote
Location: UK – Remote
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,000–£30,000 + Benefits
About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to support customers, resolve enquiries and provide a high standard of service. This remote role is suitable for candidates with strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and online channels
- Resolve customer questions and issues efficiently
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Handle complaints professionally and escalate when required
- Update customer records and maintain accurate information
- Follow company procedures and service standards
- Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Requirements
- Previous customer service or administration experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Good computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Professional and positive approach
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
