Role Description
The Customer Service Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in London. This position is responsible for handling customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person, ensuring prompt, accurate, and courteous responses. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Managing orders

The role also involves:
- Maintaining customer records
- Gathering feedback on service and product quality
- Supporting account relationships with restaurants, retailers, and other partners
The advisor helps uphold the smokehouse’s reputation for reliability, responsiveness, and premium service.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused service skills, with a commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Experience maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and effective issue resolution.
- Professional telephone manner and clear, confident communication skills for inbound and outbound calls.
- Background in customer support or customer service, ideally in food, hospitality, or retail environments.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail when managing orders, customer records, and follow-ups.
- Ability to work on-site in London, collaborate effectively with a small team, and manage busy periods calmly.
- Basic computer literacy (email, order systems, spreadsheets) and willingness to learn internal tools.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role and an interest in food or hospitality are beneficial.
