Mercedes-Benz of Dartford are seeking a friendly, organised, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Telephone Customer Support Specialist until March 2027 (subject to business requirements and potential change).

About the Role

As a Telephone Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for new and returning customers, handling phone calls with professionalism and warmth. You will use your communication skills to support customers with their enquiry needs, ensuring everyone receives the highest level of care from their very first interaction.

Main Responsibilities:

Customer Service Support via Telephone

  • Handle incoming general enquiry calls with courtesy, efficiency, and professionalism
  • Accurately record, transfer, and follow up on all customer enquiries
  • Keep up to date with Mercedes-Benz product updates, services, and dealership promotions to provide accurate information
  • Consistently embody Mercedes-Benz values of customer focus, integrity, and professionalism

Working Hours:

You’ll work a total of 40 hours per week, with a variety of shifts designed to support work-life balance and team collaboration. These include the following:

Monday to Friday:

  • 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • 9:00am – 6:00pm
  • 9:30am – 6:30pm

Saturday:

  • 8:00am – 5:00pm, on a rota basis (approximately 1 in every 6 Saturdays).

Sunday:

  • 10:00am – 4:00pm (occasionally, we may ask for your support in covering this shift)

Salary:

£25,396.80 plus up to £5,000 bonus OTE

Your exact shift will be confirmed in advance and may rotate to support team needs. We aim to provide a supportive environment with fair rota planning, so you’ll always know your schedule ahead of time.
