Customer Service Advisor
Location: Central Manchester M60 0AG
Contract Type: Temporary
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
About the Opportunity
We are recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join a busy Contact Centre environment on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in FCA-regulated settings who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service while supporting customers with professionalism, care, and empathy.
Full training will be provided, and prior experience within the funeral sector is not required.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer enquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service while adhering to FCA regulations.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and customer protection requirements.
- Support customers through sensitive conversations with empathy and understanding.
- Maintain accurate records and follow established company procedures.
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience working within an FCA-regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of Data Protection principles and Customer Protection requirements.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a structured contact centre environment.

Recruitment Process
The recruitment process consists of a single-stage interview only.
- Interview format may be conducted via Microsoft Teams or a pre-recorded video interview.
- Candidates will be assessed through six competency-based questions.
- No second-stage interview is required.
