Our client, based in Gateshead, offers personalised online learning development tools for schoolchildren at Key Stage levels 1 to 4. Committed to building collaborative partnerships with each school they work with, they are now looking to appoint a Customer Service Advisor to join their Customer Success Team which offers free ongoing support and guidance to teaching professionals, enabling them to spend more time teaching their pupils directly.

Your Specific Responsibilities As Customer Service Advisor Will Include

  • Supporting teaching professionals to ensure successful implementation of the company’s range of software applications
  • Building trusted relationships with school stakeholders
  • Promoting value added initiatives that enhance teacher engagement
  • Providing proactive support and impactful training
  • Helping teachers embed the company’s products effectively
  • Delivering engaging online and in-person training sessions
  • Monitoring school and student performance
  • Creating and sharing actionable reports
  • Collaborating with internal Sales, Renewals, and Marketing teams
  • Staying informed around developments in Education

As Customer Service Advisor You Will Need Experience Of
