Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a real difference in your community? Tate is proud to be partnering with a respected local authority in Bristol to recruit Customer Service Advisors for an exciting opportunity in October 2026.
What You'll Be Doing
As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a key role in delivering a professional, empathetic, and solution-focused experience over the phone. Your responsibilities will include:

- Handling inbound and outbound calls with clarity and care
