Customer Service Agent - Contact Centre
Location: Rochdale
Full Time - Fixed Term (3 Months)
Marston Holdings Ltd is looking for friendly, motivated Customer Service Agents to join our growing Contact Centre team in Rochdale. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and delivering great service, this could be the perfect role for you.
As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a vital role in supporting customers and guiding them towards the right solutions. You’ll handle inbound calls, process payments, assist with applications, and respond to a wide range of queries in a professional and empathetic manner.
This is a full-time, 37.5 hours per week (working shifts between 8am - 8pm) Fixed-term role for 3 months.
This is a great opportunity to gain valuable contact centre experience while being part of a supportive team.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Handling inbound customer calls
- Taking and processing payments accurately
- Supporting customers with applications and account queries
- Managing sensitive or difficult conversations with confidence and empathy
- Updating customer records using internal systems

- Experience handling and resolving challenging customer situations
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications
- A professional and friendly phone manner
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
