Job Description
We're looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension. This is an exciting opportunity to build your career within a global organisation committed to innovation, sustainability, and exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll be doing
As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in creating positive experiences across every interaction. Whether responding to enquiries, processing orders, or resolving issues, you'll help ensure our customers receive the high-quality service they're expecting from Electrolux.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, post, and other channels
- Supporting customers with pre-sales enquiries and product-related questions
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Resolving customer concerns and complaints with empathy, professionalism, and ownership
- Maintaining accurate customer records within our systems
- Collaborating with colleagues across the business to deliver excellent customer outcomes
- Contributing ideas and initiatives that continuously improve our customer service experience

What we're looking for
We're interested in people who are customer-focused, proactive, and enjoy working as part of a team.
You'll bring:
- Previous experience in a customer service, customer support, or contact centre environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A professional and solution-oriented approach to customer interactions
- The confidence to engage with colleagues and stakeholders across the business
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a strong team spirit
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous, but not essential
- Fluency in English
