Solihull, (must be commutable on a daily basis)
Salary:
£25,000 to start, rising as you develop in the role
Hours:
Full-time, 5 days per week, working a shift pattern between 8am–8pm, Monday to Sunday
Start date:
Monday 12th October 2026 – You must be able to start on this day
Assessment day:
Wk commencing 5th Oct 2026, in Solihull – Attendance is essential

What We're Looking For
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail, good organisational and time management skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- A positive, resilient attitude and a genuine desire to build a long-term career
