Join TigerTel as a Customer Service Agent! Location: Dartmouth, NS
Are you an enthusiastic communicator with a keen eye for detail? TigerTel is a fast-paced 24/7 answering service for commercial and medical clients, and we're looking for Customer Service Agents to join our growing team in Dartmouth. We are seeking team members who are passionate about building a lasting career and a stable future!
We know that long work weeks can be taxing, which is why we offer a 4-day work week - giving you an extra day to recharge. Once you complete your training, you'll enjoy a hybrid schedule with 2 days remote (from your home office) and 2 days in our Dartmouth office. To meet our operational needs, this position requires working one weekend day per week and availability during holidays.

As the voice of our clients, you are the heartbeat of our organization. You will provide stellar, high-touch support by managing sensitive communications with both empathy and professional precision. Your ability to accurately handle messages and calls ensures that our clients remain connected and well-informed, making our agents a vital partner in their success.
