About the role of Customer Service Agent at Aira

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused person to join our team. At Aira, the role of the Customer Service Agent is to be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through efficient communication and effective issue resolution. This role requires close collaboration with various teams and colleagues to guarantee a seamless and positive customer experience.

What you’ll be doing as a Customer Service Agent

  • Answer queries and concerns
  • Delivering company information
  • Resolving customer issues and giving updates
  • Having a proactive attitude and deliver excellent customer service
  • Support and work closely with technicians to ensure capacity is most effectively resourced.
  • Support Team Leads to find improved ways of working.

This is a hybrid role, Monday to Friday, with time split between our Manchester hub and working from home.
