- Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Provide clear and accurate information to customers
- Resolve routine queries and escalate more complex issues when required
- Maintain accurate customer records and interaction notes
- Support customers across phone, email and digital channels
- Follow company procedures and service standards
- Work effectively with colleagues to resolve customer issues

Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
