Are you an experienced Customer Service Agent who enjoys working in a busy, people-focused environment? We’re recruiting for a Customer Service Agent to join a student accommodation team in Central Cambridge.

You’ll be the first point of contact for students, visitors and contractors, providing a welcoming front of house service while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the site.

The Role

As The Customer Service Agent, You Will

  • Provide a professional and welcoming front of house service.
  • Respond to student enquiries in person, by phone and via email.
  • Manage bookings, appointments and meeting room reservations.
  • Resolve customer queries and escalate issues where required.
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
  • Support reception and general administrative duties.

About You

To be successful as the Customer Service Agent, you’ll have:

  • Previous customer service, reception or administration experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A friendly, professional and approachable manner.
  • Good organisation with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
