Customer Service Analyst
We are recruiting a Customer Service Analyst at our site in Tipton, UK.
In this role you will support excellent customer experiences through smooth Order-to-Cash execution, strong analytics, and continuous improvement. You will combine customer service expertise with analytical capabilities to resolve operational challenges and create insights that support both our customers and business growth. You will work closely with colleagues across Supply Chain, Sales, Logistics, Finance, and IT while supporting strategic customer relationships and service performance.
What you will do
- Deliver customer supply chain analytics and recommendations that improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support harmonized ways of working across the organization.
- Play a key role in implementing new solutions (ERP - M3 & CRM – Sales Force) and processes for the team.
- Monitor order fulfillment performance and proactively address service deviations.
- Act as an escalation point for operational exceptions and customer service issues.
- Support the team in managing customer orders and enquiries across ERP and CRM platforms.
- Coordinate with planning, warehousing, logistics, transport, and sales teams to secure smooth deliveries.
- Support system-related activities, including EDI issue resolution, pricing updates, and master data maintenance.

What we expect from you
You would be a great fit if your background and experience would look similar to this
- A bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Order-to-Cash processes.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capabilities.
- Experience working with ERP and CRM systems. Exposure to ERP and CRM implementation projects is seen as an asset.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
