The opportunity
At Relay Direct Ltd, we create measurable growth for client brands through conversations that happen in person. You will join a supportive campaign team and gain practical exposure across customer engagement, sales and marketing.
A typical day may include
- Welcome and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Listen carefully, answer questions and explain available options
- Resolve straightforward concerns and escalate when appropriate
- Identify suitable sales opportunities without compromising service
- Represent client brands accurately and responsibly

You’ll do well here if you are
- A patient, personable and customer-first approach
- Good listening skills and clear verbal communication
- Confidence working with targets while maintaining service quality
- Customer service, hospitality or retail experience is helpful but not required
Rewards and development
- Realistic performance-based OTE: £25,000–£29,000
