The Customer Relations Centre (CRC) Team
The Customer Relations Centre (CRC) Team is accountable for being the first point of contact for incoming customer enquiries and queries into our business. As the ‘Voice of Raja,’ our CRC Team prides itself on always communicating professionally and honestly with our customers. All members of our CRC team are accountable for ensuring all communication is honest, open, and respectful, and that the customer is at the centre of decision-making.
Our Customer Service and Sales Advisors will work predominantly in either CRC Customer Service or CRC Sales, but may work in either team depending on day-to-day business requirements. CRC Customer Service Advisors are the first line of support for our business. They are responsible for supporting all of our unowned accounts, ensuring that queries are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

CRC Sales Advisors manage all of our ‘C and below’ customers, ensuring that they develop relationships that enable the business to maintain and grow its portfolio of small to mid-sized customers. They are responsible for processing customer orders, providing quotations and making proactive calls to our existing customers.

Key Areas of Responsibility
- Accountable for ensuring all communication is honest, open, and respectful and has the customer at the centre of the decision-making.
- To provide friendly, professional, and timely advice and service to all customers, which enables us, in particular, to maintain and grow our small & mid-sized customer accounts.
- To see all queries through to fruition and ensure information is captured to aid with the analysis of our quality of service.
- To identify opportunities for sales growth and pass referrals to the regional sales team to be developed as appropriate.
- To be the single point of contact for all customer actions until the desired outcome is achieved.
- Demonstrate unconditional teamwork towards the CRC and Regional Sales Teams. This includes sharing best practice and being open, honest, and respectful in providing constructive feedback to the wider members of the team.
- Responsible for building relationships with internal stakeholders.
