This is a full-time, office-based role and will include:

  • Answering phones and emails
  • Processing orders
  • Invoicing and statements
  • Answering stock enquiries
  • Liaising with the warehouse to manage order fulfilment
  • Supporting our retailers across Northern Ireland

Sales or customer service experience is essential, and bathroom industry knowledge would be preferred.

Qualifications

  • Customer service and communication skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and build positive relationships with retailers and manufacturers.
  • Sales support and coordination abilities, including order processing, follow-up on leads, and assisting with quotations and basic sales documentation.
  • Office administration and organizational skills, such as data entry, record keeping, scheduling, and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Comfort with office software and systems (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or order management tools) and ability to learn new platforms quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Professional telephone and written communication skills, with a clear, courteous, and confident manner.
  • Experience in distribution, plumbing, bathroom, heating, or related KBB sectors is beneficial but not essential.
  • Relevant qualification or experience in customer service, administration, or sales support; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
