Description
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers to manage stock levels and deliveries.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide timely updates on orders.
- Maintain accurate records of supply chain activities.
- Support the procurement team with administrative tasks.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor and report on delivery schedules and supplier performance.
- Identify and resolve any issues within the supply chain process.

Profile
A successful Customer Service and Supply Chain Administrator should have:
- Experience in a supply chain, procurement, or customer service role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software or systems.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £31,000 to £32,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Permanent position in Milton Keynes.
