GTG Training is recruiting an Apprentice Parts Advisor on behalf of an independent garage. This is a fantastic opportunity to start a career in the automotive industry, gain a recognised qualification, and earn a wage while you learn.
What You'll Do
Working Within a Busy Parts Department, You'll Learn To
- Receive, store and dispatch vehicle parts
- Source parts for customers and technicians
- Handle customer enquiries and provide advice
- Process orders and update computer systems
- Develop sales, communication and customer service skills

What You'll Learn
You'll work towards an SCQF Level 6 in Parts Distribution, combining hands-on workplace experience with training and support from GTG. You'll also gain knowledge of basic vehicle technology, sales techniques and parts identification.
What We're Looking For
- National 4 or above in English and Maths (or expected to achieve)
- Admin or Computer Studies qualification preferred but not essential
- Enthusiastic, reliable and keen to learn
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
