Summary
During this apprenticeship you will have the opportunity to develop your customer service skills while gaining hands-on experience supporting our customers and social media channels. You’ll learn how to communicate with customers, handle enquiries, create engaging social media content and support the wider team with day-to-day tasks.
Wage: £15,392 to £24,454.04, depending on your age
National Minimum Wage: Minimum wage rates (opens in new tab)
Training course: Business administrator (level 3)
Hours: Monday to Friday. Shifts to be confirmed. 37 hours a week
Start date: Monday 26 October 2026

Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work:
- Communicating with clients by phone, email and WhatsApp
- Following up for website content, photographs, logos and other information
- Organising client files, photographs and project assets
- Keeping client and project records up to date
- Helping track outstanding actions and project progress
- Passing information between clients and our internal teams
- Supporting general project and administrative tasks
- Helping the social media team research, prepare and organise content
- Sourcing suitable photographs, information and content ideas
- Assisting with scheduling and managing social media content alongside our Social Media specialist
- Assisting with content creation for social media channels

Training

Able to choose the most appropriate IT solution to suit the business problem.
Able to update and review databases, record information and produce data analysis where required.

Requirements
Desirable qualifications:
- GCSE in: English (grade 5)
- Maths (grade 5)
Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.
