Kick-start your career with our Level 3 Customer Service Apprenticeship! Join a friendly team, provide excellent customer service, process transactions, and gain valuable retail experience while earning a nationally recognised qualification. Learn, develop, and build skills for a successful future.

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers by exceeding our customers' expectations
  • Work to deliver the Company Mission of rescuing shoppers from poor customer service
  • Support colleagues with cover for sickness and holidays
  • Ensure accuracy with all till and cash operations
  • Be aware of what is happening on the forecourt and in the store, especially potential shop lifters and drive off's
  • Arrive at work in plenty of time to start your shift and serve customers in full uniform and well presented
  • Work to deliver the Company's Vision and work within its values
  • Understand your responsibility, especially on till 1
  • Provide great customer service
  • Accurately and correctly account for all transactions
  • Observe all activities on site - inside and out
  • Inform management of any customer feedback
  • Take payments for all fuel transactions accurately
  • Scan stock accurately for sale
  • Keep yourself, colleagues, and customers safe
  • Align to the Company Values: Be a happy person that greets customers with a smile, be observant to what is going on around the whole site, be passionate about every role undertaken, be willing to learn new tasks to make yourself more rounded in the business, smile and provide great customer service, and help to support colleagues

Requirements

  • GCSE in Maths (grade 4-9)
  • GCSE in English (grade 4-9)
  • Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.
