Join Utopia Interiors as a Bathroom Designer & Customer Service Apprentice. Learn to design beautiful bathrooms, provide exceptional customer service and develop valuable sales and design skills within a friendly, experienced team.
Duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Greeting Customers and providing excellent customer service.
- Assisting with bathroom design using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Learn about bathroom products, brands and design trends.
- Preparing quotations and customer orders.
- Answering telephone and email enquiries.
- Maintaining showroom displays to a high standard.
- Booking appointments and supporting the design team.
- Processing customer orders and supplier information.
- Visiting customers homes to carry out site surveys.
- Developing product knowledge to confidently advise customers.
- Working towards becoming an independent Bathroom Designer.

On successful completion of the apprenticeship, there is the opportunity to secure a permanent position as a Bathroom Designer & Customer Service Advisor. As experience and product knowledge develop, there will be opportunities to take on greater responsibility, manage customer projects and initial design through to completion and progress into a senior design and sales roles.
