About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a friendly and supportive team within the Lease Car Department of Cumbria, Northumberland Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust. This apprenticeship provides excellent opportunities for personal and professional development & real business experience from day one.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and motivated candidate, who can demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills. To provide high levels of customer service and troubleshoot issues over the telephone and via email to both clients and suppliers.
The role will be working alongside existing teams and will support the commercial manager. The role is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to help deliver and develop new services as the department grows.

Your exact duties will vary but you will need to show you can work with a team or member of staff to handle various tasks.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering phone calls / delivering customer service via telephone and email
- Processing orders and quotations, making administrative changes, solving problems
- Maintaining accurate customer records across all internal systems
- Developing and maintaining customer and supplier relationships
- Continually progressing and developing personal skills and knowledge
- Following agreed processes and procedures and contributing ideas for continuous improvement
