Customer Sales Assistant

Salary: £30,000-£32,000 + Annual Bonus + Annual pay increase inline with inflation

Location: Harrow / Wembley Area

We're looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Sales Assistant to join a successful and growing business.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining customer service, sales and day-to-day site operations, ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, building relationships and delivering strong results.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver excellent customer service both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Convert customer enquiries into sales
  • Identify additional sales opportunities and maximise revenue
  • Support the smooth day-to-day running of the site
  • Handle administration, payments and customer queries
  • Maintain high standards across security, compliance and presentation
  • Work closely with the wider team to achieve site targets
