Duration: Temporary Assignment (Approximately 4-6 Weeks)

Start Date: Immediate

KINTO UK is seeking six temporary team members to support a short-term project lasting approximately 4-6 weeks.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable experience within a professional corporate environment. We are looking for candidates who are available immediately, have a confident and professional telephone manner, and can effectively manage deadlines and timescales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact garages within the KINTO UK network to request confirmation and resubmission of account details
  • Follow up with garages regarding outstanding invoices and request copies where required
  • Accurately record information and update internal systems
  • Maintain a professional and courteous approach when dealing with external contacts
  • Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and targets

Requirements

Skills & Experience:

  • Confident and professional communication skills, particularly over the telephone
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage workload effectively
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and following up on requests
  • Previous customer service, administration, or contact centre experience would be advantageous but is not essential
