Customer Service Assistant – Restaurant Associates
Restaurant Associates is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to provide outstanding service in our premium hospitality environment. You'll be the face of our operation, ensuring every customer receives a warm welcome while helping to create an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly, professional approach.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain clean, well-presented dining and service areas.
- Replenish food, drinks, and supplies throughout the day.
- Operate tills and handle transactions where required.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
- Support the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations.
We're Looking For Someone With
- A positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive, flexible approach to work.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous hospitality, catering, or retail experience is an advantage but not essential.
- The ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment.
