Due to the expansion of our store, we’re looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team.
We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, passionate, and hardworking, with a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service. You’ll be one of the first people our customers meet, so being friendly, approachable, and confident when speaking to people is essential.
About the role
Working on our shop floor at reception, you’ll play an important part in making sure every customer receives a warm welcome and a great experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers into the store
- Answering customer queries and providing helpful advice
- Advising customers on products and costs
- Booking eye tests
- Processing till transactions
- Answering and making phone calls
- Supporting the wider team to ensure the store runs smoothly
This is a customer-facing role in a busy environment, so you’ll need to be comfortable being on your feet for long periods of time and enjoy interacting with people throughout the day.

Based in the city of Stirling, our store offers fantastic facilities, including 5 test rooms, an onsite lab, and all the equipment you need to excel in your role. We’re also easily accessible, with great public transport and motorway links.

- Salary from £25,510, depending on experience
- Full-time, 38 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7, including one day at the weekend
