Customer Service Assistant (f/m/d)

What To Expect

The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for providing service excellence and supporting department objectives by entering and retrieving data through custom or other software, and supporting customer service initiatives.

  • Provides the best possible service and support to customers through mediums such as web, email, chat, and fax.
  • Processes customer orders, quotes, and other information by entering into company systems.
  • Researches and expedites customer requests.
  • Supports the local Customer Service team, and provides support for other teams when needed.

What We Are Looking For

  • Initial experience in customer service or support is advantageous.
  • Desire and ability to interact directly with customers and carry out correspondence in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Profound MS Office skills, experience with an ERP system would be helpful.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and interact with people at all levels.

The salary range for this position is GBP 24,200 - GBP 26,000.
