About the Role
Weyco Services Limited is looking for a Customer Support Assistant to join the team in our Coastland Coffee Shop, providing a welcoming and professional service to students, staff and visitors across the Weymouth College campus.
Key Responsibilities
Whether you have previous experience working in a coffee shop, café, hospitality venue or retail environment, or you are looking to develop your skills in customer service, we can provide full training and support to help you succeed in the role.
As part of Weyco's Coastland Coffee team, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience for customers at Coastland College. Working in a busy and vibrant environment, your duties will include:
- Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks and snacks
- Operating the till
- Replenishing stock
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Providing excellent customer service at all times

Working Hours
We have 2 positions available, both working 20 hours per week Monday - Friday, term-time only (36 weeks per year):
- Position 1 - 8am to midday
- Position 2 - midday to 4pm
The Important Bit
Weyco Services Limited is committed to the safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults and so an online search will be conducted for the successful candidates. All new employees to the College are required to complete and obtain an enhanced DBS disclosure.
