At Simplify, we're looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our busy Developer Valuation team. What You'll Be Doing
Known internally as a Valuation Support Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience from the very first interaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Contacting new referrals within agreed service levels.
- Booking valuation appointments with estate agents.
- Managing and prioritising your own workload to ensure urgent cases are actioned promptly.
- Providing a professional and friendly service to customers and third parties.
- Working closely with colleagues across the wider Valuation team.
- Contributing towards team targets and service objectives.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous customer service or office-based experience.
- Is confident speaking with customers and third parties over the telephone.
- Remains calm and professional when managing competing priorities.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Takes pride in delivering a great customer experience.
- Enjoys working as part of a supportive and collaborative team.
Full training will be provided, so we're keen to hear from individuals with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
