Weyco are looking for a Customer Support Assistant to join the team in our Coastland Coffee Shop, providing a welcoming and professional service to students, staff, and visitors across the Weymouth College campus. This position is 20 hours per week, term time only.
Whether you have previous experience working in a coffee shop, café, hospitality venue, or retail environment, or you are looking to develop your skills in customer service, we can provide full training and support to help you succeed in the role.
As part of the Coastland Coffee team, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience for customers. Working in a busy and vibrant environment, your duties will include:
- Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks and snacks
- Operating the till
- Replenishing stock
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll work alongside a dedicated team, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the coffee shop while supporting the needs of our college community.
