Are you ready to be part of London’s most iconic festive experience? HB Leisure is once again bringing the thrill of skilled games to the heart of Winter Wonderland Hyde Park, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, energetic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Assistants.
Location: Hyde Park, London
Dates: 18th November 2026 - 3rd January 2027
Full Time & Part Time Positions Available!
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will:
- Operate and manage a skilled games kiosk in a high-energy, festive environment
- Engage with guests of all ages, ensuring a fun and memorable experience
- Maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the event
- Handle transactions and prize distribution with confidence and cheer
