What You'll Do

Reporting to the Senior Customer Service Manager, you'll be the main point of contact between our business and our customers. You'll assist users as they complete their online comparisons and offer clarity on product information. Your daily tasks involve communicating effectively via telephone, email, live chat, and social media.

  • Use Word, Excel, and Google Suite to track inquiries and find solutions
  • Work closely with the wider customer service team to ensure people get help when they need it most
  • Help customers take advantage of the special offers we have available

What You'll Bring

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the business and our customers
  • Assist customers while they complete their online comparisons
  • Offer clear information on various products and services
  • Help customers take advantage of available special offers
  • Communicate effectively via telephone, email, live chat, and social media
  • Solve problems and assist people when they need it most
  • Experience assisting customers within a contact centre environment or face-to-face
  • Experience communicating with customers across digital channels and telephone
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with IT systems including Word, Excel, and Google Suite
