Supporter Care Officer
Salary: £19,921 per annum (FTE £33,202)
Location: England, UK
Working Arrangement: Hybrid, largely home-based with regular working from the Teddington office
Contract: Fixed-term, ending July 2027
Hours: Part-time, 21 hours per week
Overview
Our client, an international development charity, is seeking a Supporter Care Officer to provide high-quality customer service while maintaining accurate supporter data and coordinating resource orders.

Working as part of a front-line supporter team, you will respond to enquiries across phone, email, and post, maintain supporter database records, and help ensure orders are processed and delivered efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Respond professionally to supporter enquiries by phone, email, and letter.
- Process database additions, deletions, and amendments to maintain and improve data accuracy.
- Record supporter information accurately within the supporter database.
- Manage supporter resource orders and work with an external fulfilment provider to support timely delivery.
- Maintain high standards of speed, accuracy, and customer service in a busy environment.

Requirements
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to learn quickly and work flexibly as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain accuracy while working at pace.
