Role Description The Customer Service Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Broxbourne. This position is responsible for:

The Customer Service Assistant will help resolve customer issues, support customer satisfaction initiatives, and collaborate with colleagues to maintain smooth store operations, including evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts as needed.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with a focus on building positive customer experiences.
  • Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to engage effectively with diverse customers and team members.
  • Candidates should possess a commitment to Customer Satisfaction, including proactive problem-solving and a courteous, professional manner.
  • Basic numeracy skills and experience handling cash or card transactions are beneficial.
  • Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, manage light physical tasks (such as stocking shelves), and follow health and safety guidelines.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
