Big news for Bishop Auckland! We're thrilled to announce the upcoming opening of our brand-new store, and we're looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Assistants to join our team! We have up to 24 exciting opportunities available for friendly, motivated individuals who want to be part of something special right from day one.
Our new store will be based on a retail park - Unit 1, Fylands Drive, DL14 9AH
We have several contracts available to give you that work-life balance, these include, 8 hours, 16 hours, 20 hours, 24 hours and 32 hours per week, these are all permanent positions.

Under the inspiring leadership of Store Manager Andrew Sudder, we are building a vibrant, high-performing team—and we want you to be a part of this exciting journey!
Please note that training/onboarding will be in Durham store - St Andrews Park, DH1 2RH

- Early: 7am - 4pm or Early: 10am - 2pm
- Mid: 10am - 4pm
- Late: 4pm - 8pm
The Role
No two days are the same. As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll help keep the store running smoothly while delivering outstanding customer service. You'll be involved in a variety of tasks, including:
- Welcoming and assisting customers
- Keeping shelves fully stocked and looking great
- Supporting with deliveries and replenishment
- Ensuring trolleys and baskets are available
- Helping maintain a clean, safe and organised store
- Operating the tills and providing a friendly checkout experience
Whatever you're doing, your focus will always be on making every customer's visit easy, enjoyable and memorable.
About You
We're looking for friendly, reliable people who enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in delivering excellent customer service. You'll ideally have experience in a retail or customer-facing role, but just as importantly, you'll have:
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Great communication skills
- A willingness to learn
- A flexible approach to working in a fast-paced environment

- If you are 21 yrs and over £12.71 phr, 18 yrs - 20 yrs £12.00 phr and under 18 yrs £8.82 phr.
