As our UK business continues to grow from our Wolverhampton headquarters, we are looking for a friendly, confident and customer-focused Customer Service Associate & Receptionist to join our team.
This is a varied role combining customer service, reception and administration, ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, solving problems and working in a busy environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Customer Service
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and ecommerce platforms
- Handle order queries, returns, replacements, exchanges and refunds
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
- Support customers with delivery and after-sales enquiries
- Liaise with warehouse, logistics and operations teams to resolve issues
- Manage and follow up customer cases accurately
- Support customer interactions across ecommerce marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay and Shopify
- Help maintain high customer satisfaction and service standards

Reception & Administration
- Be the first point of contact for visitors, customers and suppliers
- Welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls
- Manage the reception area and ensure it remains organised and presentable
- Receive post, parcels and deliveries
- Coordinate visitors and meeting rooms
- Provide general administrative support across the business
- Assist with filing, documentation and data entry when required
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, administration or a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, professional and confident personality
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- A positive, proactive and customer-focused approach
- Good Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ecommerce experience with Amazon, eBay, Shopify or similar platforms would be an advantage
