About The Role
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our client, an asset finance specialist known for providing first-class customer service. This hybrid role based in London offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing organization during a pivotal period of expansion. The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing various account-related processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards throughout the customer lifecycle. This role requires a proactive, solutions-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer care and integrity.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within financial services or a related industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. A good understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards is advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving capabilities, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively within a team. A high level of organization and attention to detail is necessary to maintain accurate customer data and manage multiple priorities efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems is desirable.

Responsibilities
- Handle all telephone enquiries from prospective and existing customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, ensuring each interaction results in a positive outcome and enhances customer satisfaction.
- Manage all in-life processes including settlement requests, account reschedules, queries, refunds, and cash reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with internal departments to assist with customer requests and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer data regularly to ensure accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements that can enhance the overall customer service experience.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism, aiming for swift resolution and customer retention.
- Uphold the company's values and standards in every customer interaction, fostering trust and loyalty.
