Job Opportunity: Customer Service Centre Agent
We are growing our Customer Service Hub in Livingston and are looking for motivated individuals to join our team. As part of our customer support function, you’ll play an important role in delivering excellent service to our clients.
What You'll Do
- Complete all daily administration within our Depot network to a high standard including on-hires, off hires & exchanges.
- Be the first point of contact when customers call.
- Liaise and work effectively with the company’s operational & sales teams.
- Proactively identify and develop “New Business” opportunities to grow our sales pipeline & conversions in conjunction with our strategic goals.
- Work to specified timelines in an efficient manner to achieve converting all opportunities to wins for the Carrier Rental Systems business.
Who We're Looking For
To be successful in the role you should have:
- Previous customer service or sales support experience.
- Good communication skills – verbal and written.
- Self-motivated.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Commitment to customer service excellence and best in class results.
- Excellent telephone manner essential.
- Proactive approach.
- IT literate with MS Office skills.

Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between £24,785.00-£49,420.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, CLA participation, market typical pay for the role, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
