Looking for a role where your work genuinely makes a difference?
We’re recruiting on behalf of a high-profile social mobility brand looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to help deliver programmes that create opportunities for young people and champion social mobility.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone in the early stages of their career who has gained around 1-3 years’ experience in customer service, recruitment, account management, client services or early careers, and is ready to take the next step.
What you’ll be doing
- Building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Managing accounts and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
- Coordinating programmes and keeping projects on track.
- Working closely with schools, employers and community partners.
- Identifying opportunities to improve engagement and deliver even greater impact.

- Experience in customer service, recruitment, account management, client success or early talent.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the confidence to solve problems.

Experience
- Demonstrated skills in account management, client relationship building, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple stakeholder and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working with digital tools and CRM systems, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Background working within customer services, or professional services environments is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, collaborating both in person in the Manchester Area and remotely.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills suitable for engaging senior managers.
