Be the customer's advocate — resolving complex issues with empathy, speed and ownership.
The King Difference
This is not just a customer service role where you follow a script and close a ticket.
This is a solutions-focused role where you own warranty and service cases end to end — navigating product issues, repairs and service challenges with a creative mindset and genuine accountability. You will use AI-enabled tools to work smarter, communicate transparently with customers throughout their journey, and deliver resolutions that reflect the premium King Living standard.
You will work closely with Customer Service, Warranty, Delivery and internal teams to route issues to the right place and follow through to resolution — and you will report back the themes and trends you see every day to help King Living get better at the things that matter most to customers.
If you are a customer-first professional with strong problem-solving instincts and a genuine drive to make things right — this is the role for you.

AI-Driven Support
Apply AI tools and automations to improve accuracy, turnaround and customer messaging — identifying opportunities to improve first-contact resolution.
Escalation & Operational Support
Identify high-risk or complex issues and escalate appropriately — maintaining strong product knowledge to advise customers accurately on care, materials and coverage.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
