Customer Service Coordinator
As a Customer Service Coordinator in the retail industry, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries and ensuring their experience is seamless. This role is also to help support the logistics department with administration.

Description
Key responsibilities of the Customer Service Coordinator include:
- Respond to customer enquiries.
- Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a positive outcome and experience.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in the system.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve escalated cases.
- Provide clear and helpful information about products, services, and policies.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements where necessary.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

Profile
The successful Customer Service Coordinator will have:
- Previous experience in customer service and/or logistics/supply chain coordination.
- Excel and SAP experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
- A proactive approach to learning about products and services.
