Customer Service Coordinator - Up to £28,000 + Profit Share + Career Development

The Role
As a Service Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our field engineering teams and customers, ensuring work is scheduled efficiently, jobs progress smoothly, and customer expectations are met.

Typical responsibilities include:
- Answering inbound calls from customers and clients
- Raising and scheduling service and maintenance jobs
- Raising purchase orders and ordering parts following quote approvals
- Liaising with customers and site contacts regarding access and availability
- Arranging engineers and subcontractors to attend works
- Raising permits for sites where required
- Updating customer portals and internal systems
- Monitoring jobs to ensure KPI targets are achieved
- Checking job costings before submission for invoicing
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Experience using scheduling or booking software
- Strong customer service skills
- Good organisational and administrative abilities
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working across multiple systems and platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Able to commute to our Edenbridge office
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Experience working within an engineering, facilities management or HVAC environment
- Experience coordinating mobile engineers or subcontractors
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
What You'll Receive
- Salary up to £28,000 depending on experience
- Monday to Friday working pattern
- 08:00 - 16:00 or
- 09:00 - 17:00
