We are looking for a positive, flexible and enthusiastic Customer Service Coordinator to join our Leeds ITS team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing work requests, coordinating resources and ensuring our customers receive outstanding service every step of the way.

As part of a busy and supportive team, you'll be responsible for managing customer enquiries, scheduling work efficiently, overseeing documentation and supporting the smooth delivery of our services across the UK.

Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:

  • Resolving complex customer issues and identifying mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Allocating work efficiently using strong problem-solving skills and geographical knowledge of the UK.
  • Raising purchase orders and checking customer orders for accuracy.
  • Managing multiple contracts and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Collating permits, licences and documentation to ensure work is completed safely and compliantly.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for incoming calls, enquiries and work requests.
  • Ensuring all customer information and requests are accurately recorded.
  • Managing work requests in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Working closely with operational teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who can confidently juggle multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.

You'll have:

  • Previous experience in a customer service, coordination or administration role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer care and relationship management abilities.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
